CTI Artists and Behind the scenes Crew -- "Official" List

Finally, CTI posted up the pictures of all the artists as well as behind-the-scenes people who joined their company on their Facebook page…

Since the pics were reposted on Weibo, I went ahead and pulled them to post here….BUT not going to translate any of the descriptions or names right now cuz I don’t have time (sorry)!

Also, just as a point of reference, here’s the list of artists that I posted up a few months ago based on information I had gathered from news reporters, weibo, etc. Looks like I wasn’t too far off….haha!

  1. Wow, they really did steal a lot of people. I recognize so many of the green-leaf actors.

    1. @miriamfanz: Yup, alot of people did end up joining CTI. At first when I heard Ricky Wong talking about how many artists he had 'recruited', I thought he was exaggerating....but turns out it was true...

I'm actually glad that CTI posted the pictures of the artists because there are quite a few artists whom I recognized their faces but not their names.

Next year will definitely be an interesting one in the TV industry....

    2. that is if....they get their license xD
      which is hopefully soon.
did you check out the yahoo interview with ricky wong? they have it on their facebook.
personally, didn't get much from that interview and thought that jim (interviewer) asked the same question over and over again.
but it was funny when he told the story of how he tried to recruit 'lee kwok lun'

    3. haha yes the lee kwok lun story was very interesting so persistent! lol If someone turned that into a romantic script between a couple it'd be even better! Although it might be too much like a stalker. =P

The "jeh" Ricky Wong mentioned must've been Tsang Jeh <.<

    4. @huama: yea, license is long overdue! Wish the gov't would just stop stalling already andissue them!

No, haven't had a chance to check out the interview yet, though I did read some excerpts of it elsewhere...the little that I read didn't provide any new info, so figured no need to rush into watching it.

But definitely will at least check out the part about Lee Kwok Lun.

  2. The name sounds familiar leekwoklun? Is that the veteran tvb actor? If so I was also hoping CTI could recruit him, amazing yet underrated actor!

llwy12 just to clarify those artiste listed are the ones who either signed management or per series contract correct? Because I also see Jason ChanPakYue and Charles Ying listed. I do have to complain though. Why does Kelvin Kwan get to be on first page yet Jason and Charles are pushed to later pages? Wonder what rule they used to arrange the lineup of photos. Not really fond of the status game they should've just arranged everyone by alphabetical order.

    1. @sport3888: I believe it's everyone, regardless of what type of contract they signed. The list is current up to August 2012 (which means anyone who joined after that won't be shown).

I'm also curious about the lineup and what 'criteria' they used. Some of tje lineups make sense (i.e. putting Felix and Maggie first) but others don't....and I don't get why they did 2 groups either (the one headed by Felix/Maggie and the one by Leila)....

    2. Me neither besides the first row makes sense the others seems so random. Yes I also see "2" groups one with mostly younger artistes too. I

  3. I do have to praise them for taking photos of the behind the scenes people as well! Because that gives them alot more respect!

  4. Well at least Jason and Charles were grouped with Leila Tong, Lawrence Chow, William So, and Kwok Fung. So it's not so bad.

    ><" oh my eyes, I see Lau douchebag.

  5. Glad CTI will have online viewing but I hope it won't be restricted to only HK like TVB ;( Hope it's more like Cruchyroll for anime where it's simulcast for each episode worldwide!

They can always get revenue from ads as well for their site!

  6. You know it's surprised how Lee Kwok Lun came up from this interview because when I was watching 3 Kingdoms and other series I can't help but feel this veteran is way too underrated! Since he's staying with TVB then I hope they'll given him bigger roles and gain more recognition soon!

    1. He's another veteran I feel can take up lead roles such like Savio Tsang but too bad HK rarely has such varied range of leading roles! Everyone is around the 30s-40s age range, so boring! Someone like Robert Downey jr would be so nice handsome, comical and charming at his age!
